How Avyon Intelligence handles public-site data, contact submissions, subscriptions, and operating telemetry.
1. Who we are
Avyon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Avyon", "we", "our", "us") is incorporated in India. We operate the avyonintelligence.com website and the associated Avyon Intelligence Enterprise Digital Operating System. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through the public website and contact mechanisms described in this policy.
2. Data we collect and why
We collect personal data in three contexts: (1) Contact submissions — name, email, company, role, and project description provided through our contact form. We process this to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: your consent, provided through the privacy acceptance checkbox. (2) Analytics telemetry — page views, session duration, and navigation patterns collected through privacy-preserving analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking, do not sell analytics data, and do not use it to build individual profiles. (3) Technical logs — server logs containing IP addresses and request timestamps retained for security and operational purposes for 30 days.
3. Your rights as a data principal
Under the DPDPA 2023, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate personal data; erase your personal data (subject to our legal retention obligations); and raise a grievance with our Data Protection Officer. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@avyonintelligence.com with the subject line "Data Principal Request". We will respond within 30 business days.
4. Data retention
Contact submission data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission, or longer if required for an ongoing engagement. Analytics data is retained in aggregate, anonymised form and is not associated with identifiable individuals. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. You may request deletion of your contact submission data at any time by contacting privacy@avyonintelligence.com.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share personal data only with: (1) operational service providers who process data on our behalf (email delivery, cloud hosting, analytics). A list of current sub-processors is maintained at /legal/sub-processors, naming the data processing agreement held with each where one is in place. (2) Legal or regulatory authorities when required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory demand. We will notify you of any such disclosure where permitted to do so.
6. International data transfers
Our primary infrastructure is in India: the platform runs on Google Cloud asia-south1 (Mumbai), and our company mailboxes are hosted in India by Zoho (zoho.in). Neither involves a transfer of personal data out of India. Two services do. Transactional email — including our reply to a contact submission — is delivered by Resend using Amazon SES in Tokyo (ap-northeast-1), and carries the name, email address and message content you provide. Cloudflare provides content delivery and security from a global edge network, under the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum. Our analytics provider receives anonymised, aggregate data only, with no personal identifiers. Where a transfer of personal data outside India takes place, we put appropriate contractual mechanisms in place, including standard contractual clauses where they apply. 7. Cookies and tracking
Our cookie usage is documented at /legal/cookie-policy. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party marketing pixels on the Avyon Intelligence website. Our analytics provider sets no cookies at all. Essential cookies required for site operation cannot be disabled. Analytics can be declined through our cookie preference mechanism.
8. Security measures
We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of personal data processed, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, access controls on data processing systems, and periodic security reviews. For our security posture summary, see /legal/security.
