Sub-processor disclosure
Avyon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. uses a limited number of third-party service providers ("sub-processors") in connection with operating the Avyon Intelligence website and delivering services. This page lists the sub-processors that may process personal data on our behalf. We update this list when sub-processors change.
Cloud infrastructure
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Secret Manager, and Artifact Registry. Processing location: GCP asia-south1 (Mumbai). Purpose: hosting the Avyon Intelligence platform and client delivery systems. Data Processing Agreement: Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
Content delivery and security
Cloudflare, Inc. — Content delivery network, DDoS protection, web application firewall, and DNS services. Processing location: Global edge network. Purpose: website performance, availability, and security. Data Processing Agreement: Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum.
Mailbox hosting
Zoho Corporation (Zoho Mail) — Hosting for company email mailboxes. Processing location: India (zoho.in). Purpose: receiving, storing, and sending correspondence to and from company email addresses.
Transactional email delivery
Resend, with Amazon SES as the underlying delivery infrastructure — Transactional email delivery for contact form responses and notifications. Processing location: Tokyo (ap-northeast-1). Purpose: delivering application-generated email, including responses to contact submissions. Data retained: email address and message content as required for delivery and audit purposes.
Analytics
Privacy-preserving analytics provider — Aggregate website analytics. Processing: anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate data only. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking. Compliant with DPDPA 2023 and GDPR requirements for analytics without consent.
Notification of changes
Changes to this public list are reflected within 10 business days of a sub-processor being added or removed. Where an engagement contract sets an advance-notice period for a material sub-processor change, that period is governed by that contract. Avyon publishes no standard Data Processing Agreement today — see /legal/data-processing-agreement.
