What you'd actually work on
No fixed stack
Avyon Intelligence's own platform — this website and the client portal — runs on Next.js 16, NestJS 11, and PostgreSQL 16, all in TypeScript. But client engagements come in through this website, and each one brings its own technology constraints. You could end up working in a language, framework, or platform you've never used, because that's what a given project needs. Being comfortable picking up unfamiliar tools quickly matters more here than deep expertise in any one stack.
What we look for
One fixed requirement
A bachelor's degree is the baseline for every role here. Beyond that, we're looking for people who are comfortable without a fixed stack or a settled playbook, and who can get productive in unfamiliar technology fast.
Where we are today
A very new team, building from the start
Avyon Intelligence is a small, new company — there is no large formal hiring process yet, no fixed career ladder, no established benefits programme to point to. If you're interested, email info@avyonintelligence.com and tell us what you'd want to work on. If it's a fit, you'd be one of the first people building this, not joining an established department.
